C30高性能泵送混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀耐久性研究

摘    要:配制与南京地铁所用混凝土配合比相对应的砂浆,测定不同水胶比、不同Na2SO4浓度、不同掺合料、不同试验条件下的砂浆耐久性指标,分析其规律性,进行归一化处理,得出水胶比为0.38的砂浆抗折强度和龄期的关系模型。进而建立混凝土耐久寿命预测数学模型,并利用该模型进行南京地铁高性能泵送混凝土的耐久寿命预测。研究表明,该工程选用的水胶比为0.38的C30高性能泵送混凝土具有很强的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。

Abstract:The cement mortar was made to match with the concrete mixing proportion in Nanjing Metro,and the durability index of concrete was measured in different water cement ratio,density of Na_2SO_4,mineral mixture and experiment conditions.This paper analyzes and deals with the durability of concrete through establishing a mathematical model between the folding strengths,forecasting the life of high performance concrete in Nanjing Metro.By using the DSC and SEM methods,this paper holds C30 high performance pumping concrete has a very strong anti-sulphate erosion capability.
