| 摘 要： | 分析了平轮产生的基本原因,介绍了踏板检测法、电信号检测法、声音检测法、加速度检测法、图像检测法等5种平轮在线自动检测方法,并简析了各自的优缺点。加速度检测法的技术比较成熟,检测效果较好,可以推广应用;图像检测法是未来平轮在线自动检测的发展方向。

| Abstract: | With an analysis of the main reasons for producing flat wheel, this paper discusses some on-line automatic detection methods in the world, their respective merits and demerits, holds that the accelerating detection is a matured technology and shall be widely adopted; while the image detection shall be the future development for the on-line automatic detection. |
