干式润滑技术在钢轨侧面减磨中的效用

摘    要:由于地铁列车的频繁碾压而使得部分地段钢轨的侧面磨耗日益加剧,不但造成较大的人力、物力、财力的支出,还严重威胁列车的行车安全。通过对南京地铁1号线钢轨侧面磨耗情况进行实地调查,选择干式润滑方式对新模范马路—南京站上行线侧磨严重地段,进行为期3个月的减磨、减噪涂覆试验。经过对现场使用效果和经济效益的分析比较,认为干式润滑技术能有效减少钢轨侧面磨耗及机车轮缘磨耗,降低车辆经过时的噪声,提高列车运行平稳性,针对试验中发现的问题建议:优化干式润滑剂涂覆装置及涂覆方法,以达最大经济效益,加强对钢轨磨耗及轮缘磨耗情况的测量统计,以便于后续线路的维修养护。

Abstract:On the basis of the field survey of the side rail wear in Nanjing Metro Line 1,the dry lubrication technology was adopted for a three-month decreasing wear and noise test in the section between Xinmofan Road Station and Nanjing Railway Station where the side rail wear is very serious.After an analysis and a comparison of the field results and the economic benefit,the author argues that the dry lubrication technology can effectively reduce the side rail wear and wheel flange abrasion,reduce the noise when the vehicles pass on and improve the ride quality of train,so it is helpful to promote the site maintenance.
