| 摘 要： | 轨道交通线路使用费是国外轨道交通经营与管理常用的一项核算工具,目前已在英国、法国、日本、美国等国家得到广泛应用。线路使用费制度为轨道交通经营管理模式的选择提供了一条有效路径及措施。分析了欧盟、北美及日本线路使用费制度,对其设计理念、使用条件和设置依据等内容进行比较。

| Abstract: | The railway rent is a commonly used economic-reviewing calculation tool in railway operation and management all over the world.At present,in European Union,Japan,US,Canada and other countries,this calculation tool has obtained widespread application.This system provides an effective way for railway management and a better selection for the operation modes.Through an analysis of rail rent systems in European Union,North America and Japan,this paper makes a comparison of their design ideas,the application conditions and the technical bases. |
