高速动车组空调控制器故障分析及改进措施

摘    要:结合高速动车组实际运行情况,对其空调系统控制器故障进行了统计归纳和分析总结,并提出通过提升控制器板卡工艺质量、改进控制器低压控制电路以及优化控制器软件等措施来提高空调控制器可靠性,从而达到降低动车组空调故系统障率的目标。

Abstract:In combination with the practical operation of high-speed train,the air conditioning system controller mal-functions are the statistically summarized and analyzed.By adopting effective measures like increasing the controller card quality in the ascension process,improving the low voltage control circuit,optimizing the controller software and so on,the reliability of air conditioning controller could be improved,thus to achieve the goal of reducing EMU air conditioning malfunction rate.
