基于地铁列车制动能量回馈装置的能量管理系统

摘    要:地铁列车制动能量回馈装置虽然回馈电能可观,而且减少电阻消耗以改善地铁通道热环境,但是也带来了能量逆流至110 k V侧电网的隐患。而且,城市轨道交通供电系统还具有夜间停运期间负荷低时功率因数偏低的特点。针对上述特点提出基于地铁制动能量回馈装置的能量管理系统。充分利用地铁制动能量回馈装置的有功和无功独立可控的控制原理,通过能量管理系统对主变电所的检测、判断、计算,以及对地铁制动能量回馈装置下达命令,实现了对地铁制动能量回馈装置的有功和无功能量管理,不仅可实现对地铁供电系统的无功补偿,也可实现对地铁制动回馈能量装置回馈能量时能量逆流的控制。

Abstract:The braking energy-feedback device in rail transit system can not only collect a lot of energy,but can also improve the air condition and reduce the economic cost in cooling the tunnel air caused by the resistor heat.However,it can also harm the power grid of 110 kV,i.e.the off -line operation of rail transit at night results in the light load of the systems which would cause the low power factor.On this basis,a management system of rail transit energy feedback system is proposed,which makes good use of the independent controllability of active and reactive power,calculates,gives order and executes better management of the energy systems.The proposed system can not only realize the reactive compensation of the rail transit systems,but also reduce the harmfulness of the feedback energy to the 110 kV power grid.
