地铁车辆段杂散电流的特征分析及防护

摘    要:地铁车辆段内轨道线路复杂,轨道与大地之间过渡电阻低、绝缘性能差,造成车辆段内存在大量的杂散电流,严重影响了车辆段的使用寿命。建立地铁车辆段牵引回流系统模型,仿真分析正线列车运行状态变化对车辆段内杂散电流的影响。结合某地铁公司车辆段现场杂散电流测试,验证了仿真分析结果的正确性。分析了地铁车辆段内杂散电流产生的原因,并给出了相关防护措施。

Abstract:Due to the complex rail lines in metro depot,the transition resistance between rail and ground is relatively low,the insulation performance is poor,resulting in the existence of a great deal of stray current in metro depot,which seriously affects the depot life.Through analytic simulation of the influence on stray current caused by train running state changes,a model of traction reflux system for metro depot is established.Then,combined with the testing result of stray current in a certain metro corporation depot,the correctness of the simulation result is verified,the causes of metro depot stray current are analyzed,corresponding protective measures are proposed.
