| 摘 要： | 针对广州地铁6号线直线电机车辆原设计中没有对集电靴靴臂进行绝缘处理的问题,综合考虑6号线车辆基本技术条件和车辆限界等因素,提出了在集电靴靴臂表面刷涂绝缘磁漆进行绝缘处理的方案。通过对所选TJ1357-6H级晾干型表面绝缘磁漆性能参数的分析,并制作样本对绝缘漆的厚度、绝缘性能和附着力进行测试,最终形成了可执行的方案。目前,广州地铁根据该方案的思路已完成了6号线车辆集电靴靴臂绝缘改造,运用效果良好。

| Abstract: | In the design of linear motor vehicle for Guangzhou metro Line 6,the insulation treatment issues of collector boot are not addressed.Considering the basic technical requirements and the elements in vehicle gauge comprehensively,a scheme to brush insulating enamel on the surface of collector boot arm is proposed.Through analyzing the performance parameters of TJ1357-6H insulating enamel,testing the thickness,insulation and adhesion of the samples,an executable plan is finally made.This scheme has been applied to the insulation treatment of the collector boot arm on Guangzhou metro Line 6 vehicles,and proves to have good performance. |
