| 摘 要： | 城市轨道交通车站机电设备委外维护信息化管理系统,可有效提高车站机电设备维护维修及相关人员管理的水平和质量。该系统主要包括合同管理、技术管理、设备管理、人员管理、计划性维修、报修管理、巡检管理、项目管理和设备评价等模块。分析了各模块的工作流程、作业特点及控制要点。并通过试点应用对该系统的实施效果进行了评价。

| Abstract: | The management system of the outsourcing maintenance information for urban rail transit station electromechanical equipment is to enhance the maintenance level and the quality of related personnel.The system consists of modules like contract management,technology management,equipment management,personnel management,planned maintenance,repair management,inspection management,project management and equipment evaluation.In this paper,the working process,characters and control points of each module are analyzed,the performance of the system is evaluated through pilot application. |
