大型深基坑混凝土支撑爆破拆除方法研究

从基坑支撑拆除方案选择出发,对比分析了爆破拆除方法的优势以及适应性。详细阐述了爆破拆除整套方法中应采取的技术措施和组织管理措施,主要包括爆破参数选择、布孔设计、起爆网络布置、爆破振动粉尘控制、飞石防护等技术措施,以及爆破作业管理、火药品管理、应急及警戒预案等组织管理措施。工程案例实施结果表明:采取爆破拆除支撑,达到了预期效果,缩短了工期,加快了施工进度,满足了后续主体施工工期的需要,未对周边建筑物造成损害,可为以后类似工程提供一些技术参数和管理经验。

On Blasting Demolition Method for Reinforced Concrete Beam of Deep Foundation Pit

In this paper,the advantages and adaptability of the blasting demolition method are compared and analyzed.Technical measures,organization and management measures to be taken in the whole process of blasting demolition are described in detail,including blasting parameter selection,cloth hole design,detonation network arrangement and blasting vibration dust control,fly ash protection and related technical measures,management,emergency and alert plans,as well as other organizational management measures.The implementation results of this method show that the blasting demolition support and the expected effect have been achieved.By adopting this method,the construction period is shortened,construction progress is accelerated,time for the follow-up main body construction is preserved with no damages for the surrounding buildings.Therefore,some technical parameters and management experiences of this method can be provided for similar projects.
