摘    要:根据轨道交通车辆不锈钢车体结构及材料的特点,车体结构的连接工艺一般以电阻点焊为主.由于点焊焊点较多,且焊点处存在明显的压痕,影响了非涂装车体的美观性;此外,由于电阻点焊是间断焊接,密封性差,焊后需使用密封胶进行处理,工序繁琐,且限制了不锈钢车辆的运行速度.针对不锈钢车体点焊焊接过程中出现的这些问题,研究采用热输入小、不易引起焊接变形的等离子-MAG复合焊接方法,对不锈钢车体中某些通长组合结构进行焊接.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of stainless steel carbody structure and materials,the body structure connection is focused on resistance spot welding. However,due to a large number of solder joints and the obvious indentation,the aesthetics of no-painting carbody is obviously affected. What is worse is that,the resistance spot welding is intermittent welding with poor sealing,sealant is needed after welding.It is not only a cumbersome process but also limits the operating speed of stainless steel vehicle. According to the problems existed in resistance spot welding process,the plasma-MAG hybrid welding method is proposed,which features small heat input and almost causes no welding deformation,therefore is suitable for long combinations of stainless steel carbody welding.
