不锈钢车体无氩气保护激光搭接焊工艺优化

摘    要:为考察焊接环境对焊接性能的影响,进行了有、无气体保护条件下不锈钢激光搭接焊接头微观分析、腐蚀分析、静强度分析及疲劳强度分析,结果表明有、无保护气体对不锈钢激光搭接焊接头的焊缝组织与性能无明显影响。分析结果为轨道车辆不锈钢车体激光搭接焊生产工艺中取消气体保护提供了理论依据,为节省焊接设备支出及气体消耗提供了技术支持。

Abstract:To observe the environmental influence on welding performance,in the conditions of gas protection and without gas protection,microscopic analysis,corrosion analysis,static strength and fatigue strength analysis are conducted to investigate the stainless steel carbody laser lap welding joint. The results show that both working conditions cast no obvious influence on the micro-structure and properties of stainless steel laser lap welding joint.This research provides a theoretic basis of stainless steel laser lap welding without gas protection,thus saving equipment expenditure and gas consumption.
