根据有轨电车交通系统在城市轨道交通系统中的地位和性质,结合有轨电车交通当前的发展形势,通过对新型有轨电车交通基本概念的再认识,针对当前新型有轨电车交通工程在规划、设计和建设中存在的问题,总结经验,从线路形态选择、车辆选型、运营模式及行车组织等方面提出新型有轨电车交通规划与设计的见解,期望为新型有轨电车交通的规划、立项、设计和审查等提供参考。

Healthy and Orderly Development of Modern Tram Ac-cording to Local Conditions

According to the status and nature of modern tram in urban rail transit system,and combined with its current de-velopment situation,the basic concept of new tram transporta-tion is reinterpreted,the existing problems in the planning,de-sign and construction of a new type modern tram are analyzed. Via summarizing the project experiences,opinions about plan-ning and designing of new modern tram are put forward from aspects of line form selection,vehicle selection,operation mode and train operation organization,in order to provide use-ful references for the planning, approval,design and check of new tram transportation projects.
