| 摘 要： | 未来的城市轨道交通是一个集促进民生、输出文化、重塑经济空间、带动产业布局的多元综合体。探讨了经济一体化背景下未来城市轨道交通发展的理念:新时期下宜着眼长远,遵循宏观、可持续的发展理念,综合考虑SOD(服务导向发展)与TOD(交通引导城市发展)模式相结合的交通发展模式;宜全面发挥新时期城市轨道交通对城市地下空间、综合管廊、商业综合体、公交系统、文化与智能城市等发展的积极促进作用;宜充分利用"互联网+"及大数据背景综合推动城市交通系统的发展,以宏观的发散思维长远规划,以创新的综合理念革新技术。

| Abstract: | Urban Rail transit development in the future is a complex syntheses that will promote people′s livelihood,ex-port Chinese culture,reshape the economic space and drive the industrial layout.The development concept of URT in the new period under the background of economic integration is ex-plored,including the macro sustainability,SOD(service orient-ed development) and TOD (transit oriented development). Al-so, considering the promotion effect of URT on urban under-ground space,utility tunnel,commercial complex,transit sys-tem,culture and intelligent city development, new technolo-gies,such as internet and big data,as well as macro divergent thinking,comprehensive idea and technology of innovation shall be put into URT development concept. |
