摘    要:通过对比美、法、英、德等国轨道车辆防火技术标准,并结合我国轨道车辆防火技术的发展情况,探讨了我国轨道车辆防火技术标准制定的相关问题。提出了应制订我国轨道交通车辆防火的强制性国家标准、建立轨道车辆防火质量检测中心等建议,为我国轨道车辆防火技术标准的制定提供了参考意见。

Abstract:Informative abstract Fireproofing work of railway vehicles is an important aspect in safety operation,which relates with passenger life,social stability,and a country's reputation.A stipulation of the fireproof standards and the protection of the safety in rail transit have vital importance for railway operation and international trade.This paper briefly describes the vehicle's fireproof technology in the United States,France,U.K.and Germany and finds some useful experiences.The author also recalls the fireproofing technology development in China,points out the inadequate understanding of its importance,and the fact that the present fireproofing technology can not meet the requirements of transportation and vehicles exports.On this basis,this paper discusses how to carry out the standard of vehicle fireproofing in China,argues that there shall be a mandatory national standard of fireproofing and this standard shall have explicit requirements.Besides,this paper also discusses the scientific and technological achievements which can improve the effect of fireproofing and make use of social resources to prevent vehicles fires.Finally,this paper points out that attentions shall be paid to the related research works,including the establishment of a quality testing centre and the experiment process.
