城市轨道交通工程监测预警研究

工程监测在城市轨道交通工程安全风险管控中正发挥积极作用。在总结预警思想、概念、方法和工程监测预警现状、特点的基础上,根据城市轨道交通工程监测的项目、对象与内容,分析了影响工程监测控制指标确定和预警的因素,对工程监测预警进行了分类(监测数据预警、监测综合预警和工程监测预警)和分级(黄色、橙色和红色),并研究建立了预警的信息上报、发布、响应处置、消警及其分级管理体系,对规范工程监测及预警管理工作、提高工程风险预控水平和为制定相关政策制度具有参考价值。

Monitoring and Early Warning of Urban Rail Transit Engineering

Monitoring measurements play a positive role in the risk control of urban rail transit engineering.Based on a summary of the concept,method and the present situation of the early warning,as well as the monitoring projects,objects and contents in urban rail transit,the influential factors of the controlling indexes and the early warning are analyzed,the early warning is classified into yellow,orange and red grades,including monitoring data warning,monitoring comprehensive warning and project monitoring warning.A grade management system of early warning is established,which contains data report,response and disposal consumption for different warning types.This system is considered valuable to guide the monitoring measurement,standardize the responsibility in the early warning and improve the level of risk prevention.
