跨坐式单轨车辆车体结构轻量化研究

摘    要:在保证跨坐式单轨车辆车体整体结构力学特性的前提下,省略了一些非承载件,利用有限元软件建立了车体的有限元模型.以车体质量最小化为目标函数,车体构件应力为约束条件,车体构件厚度为设计变量,对其进行了尺寸优化设计,从而减轻了车体的质量,取得了轻量化的效果.

Abstract:To assure the mechanical properties of the monorail vehicle body structure,a number of non-bearing parts could be omitted by the establishment of a finite element model.With the minimization of car body quality as the objective function,the body stress components as the constraint,the components thickness as the design of a variable,the optimization of metro vehicle size is carried out and the quality of the car body has reached the goal of lightweight.
