北京铁路直径线盾构选型

摘    要:盾构选型是盾构法施工的关键环节。选择盾构机应在深入研究分析工程地质、施工和环境条件的基础上,参考国内外已有的类似工程经验,特别是同一地区或类似盾构工程的经验,并通过与多个国外盾构机设计制造专业厂家的深入交流和反复论证,遵循安全、可靠、适用、经济、先进、环保的原则来选型。以北京铁路地下直径线为例,通过工程地质分析、地层对盾构的选型影响分析以及不同类型盾构的风险评估等方面进行盾构选型分析,可供类似工程作参考。

Abstract:Shield machine type selection is a critical stage for shield tunneling method,it is the basis for a successful construction of tunneling works with an appropriate shield machine. The type being selected shall be based on the geology, construction and surrounding conditions of the works.Referring to the similar projects at home and abroad, especially the works at same zone,this paper argues that it is important to negotiate repeatedly with foreign shield manufacturers by insisting on the policy of safety, reliability, economy, high performance, and environment protection.Taking Beijing rail transit line as an example,this paper analyses the influence of ground to type selection,and makes risk evaluation of various types of shield machine.
