| 摘 要： | 为研究超净车间作业对人体健康的影响因素,我们测定了某微电子集团公司8个超净程度不同的超净车间的臭氧浓度。结果显示其浓度明显低于大气巾臭氧浓度,是影响工人健康的因素之一。使用负离子发生器可提高超净室内臭氧浓度。
