| 摘 要： | 目的了解长江大桥铁路职工的生命质量现状及其主要影响因素，为提出改善和防治措施提供依据。方法采用中文版健康调查量表SF-36对不同性别、职业、年龄、工龄职工的生命质量进行测量和评价。结果女性生命质量状况好于男性，旅游公司铁路职工生命质量状况优于管理处，随年龄增长、工龄增加，生命质量呈下降趋势。结论生命质量的影响因素较多，性别、职业、年龄、工龄等都是不可忽视的方面。

| Abstract: | Objective: To know and estimate the life quality of workers in sex,occupation,age and serviced-length of railway workers of Yangtse River Great Bridge.Methods: Life quality of workers who have investigated to its department of administer and tour by Medical Outcomes Study Short-form 36(MOS SF-36).Results: The life quality of women preceded the men,and workers of touring corporation was better than department of administer,and that declined as age and length of service.Conclusion: There are many influential factors to the Quality of Life,including sex,occupation,age,length of service,and so on. |
