城市生活垃圾堆酵实验研究

摘    要:通过建立实验平台模拟垃圾池中的环境,对原生生活垃圾进行一定时间的堆酵实验,得出垃圾水分,堆酵温度及热值随堆酵时间变化的情况,提出堆酵时间对垃圾燃料特性及燃料过程的影响。结果表明:垃圾入炉焚烧前堆酵时间以48h为宜,这也为我国垃圾焚烧厂制定炉前堆放发酵工艺过程参数提供了依据。

Abstract:By setting up the test platform to simulate the surroundings of municipal solid waste depot,a waste stacking and ferment test has been made to conclude the regularity of waste moisture content,temperature and calorific value changing with the stacking and ferment time, and to put forward that the stacking and ferment time influences the combustion characteristic and burning process of waste.The results of test show the time of 48 hours is suitable for the waste stacking and ferment before burning,which provides basis to design technology process parameter of waste stacking and ferment in the domestic waste incineration plant.
