交─直─交传动电力机车无电区运行工况的控制技术

摘    要:通过对交-直-交传动电力机车传动系统在机车进无电区前后工况的分析,得出逆变器电动机系统在无电区不能停止运行的结论.进而提出采取轻微再生制动的控制方法,实现了机车无电区工况的控制技术.文中给出了机车在无电区工况下传动系统的动态模型以及电压调节器的工程设计方法.试验结果表明,采用这种控制技术能实现机车在无电区工况前后的平稳过渡,确保机车的正常运行.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the operation modes of the drive system of AC-DC-AC drive electriclocomotive before and in passing through the no-voltage sections, the conclusion is come to that the inverter-motorsystem can not stop operation in the no-voltage sections. Then, a proposal is put forward that, by using thecontrol method of slightly regenerative braking, the control technique for locomotive in no-voltage sectionoperation mode is realized. This paper has given the dynamic model of the drive system of locomotive in no-voltageSections and the engineering design method of voltage regulator. Test results show that, after using this controltechnique, smooth transition of the operation modes of locomotive in passing through no-voltage sections can berealized, thus normal operation of locomotive is guaranteed.
