低电压大电流开关电源电路拓扑和控制方法研究

摘    要:针对微处理器对低压大电流开关电源负载动态响应性能的特殊要求,分析了满足未来微处理器电源性能指标要求的新型开关电源拓扑结构和控制方法,表明交错并联SR-BUCK变换器电路输出纹波幅值小,等效效率高,V^3控制方法可显著改善开关变换器的输入和负载响应速度。

Abstract:Based on the special requirement of microprocessors on the dynamic load response ofswitching power supply with low voltage and high current, analysis is made on the topologic structure andcontrol method of new switching power supplies in accordance with the performance requirements byfuture microprocessors. It is shown that the cross-paralleled SR-BUCK converter circuit features smalloutput wave amplitude and high equivalent effciency, and that V2 control method may dramatically im-prove the input and load response speed of the switching converters.
