摘    要:为解决机车车辆用金属橡胶关节研发中试验工装快速准备和大量重复性检测试验的技术难题,提出了一种基于PROE/EXCEL的工装模块化参数设计方法,设计了模块化试验工装并对多种不同结构产品进行了试验,实现了工装快速设计与装配,工作效率提高了35%,加工成本降低了30%,运用有限元分析与试验相结合的研究方法,总结出了影响产品刚度性能的主要因素,并对试验结果进行了验证,结果表明,计算结果与试验结果一致,分析结果可指导产品的设计与开发,达到了降低试验成本的目的.

Abstract:To settle the hard technical problem of test device rapid preparation and a mass of repeated detecting tests in metal-rubber bushing R&D for railway vehicle,a modular test device parameter design method based on PROE/EXCEL was presented.Modular test device was designed to test different structure product,which realized rapid design and assemblage with improving work efficiency for 35%,decreasing cost for 30%.With combination study of finite-element analysis and test,main factor affecting product stiffness was summarized and test results were validated consistent with calculation.The analysis result could guide product design and development to reduce test cost.
