开关磁阻牵引电机传动系统试验研究

摘    要:设计了180 kW地铁动车用12/8极开关磁阻电动机传动系统,同时结合地铁动车驱动要求,设计了基于DSP的纯数字控制器;根据开关磁阻电动机各种控制方案,实现了电流斩波、角度位置、电压PWM斩波及单脉冲控制相结合的综合控制方案,设计了试验平台,并进行了空载和负载试验.经过试验验证,系统能够在四象限稳定运行并可靠切换,达到了地铁动车各种运行状态的要求.

Abstract:12/8 pole switched reluctance motor system is designed for 180 kW metro motor vehicle. Also designed is the purely digital controller based on DSP, to meet the drive demand of the metro motor vehicle. With various control schemes of the switched reluctance motor, a comprehensive control program is realized with a combination among current chopper, angle, PWM voltage chopper and single-pulse control. The test platform is designed, and no-load together with load test are done. The tests proved that the system could run stably in 4-quadrant and could switch reliably, which meet the requirement of the metro vehicles under different running modes.
