高速动车组新风系统优化

摘    要:采用数值模拟和实车试验的方法,分析了列车运行时车辆端部风挡区域的压力变化及流场分布情况;将CRH2-300动车组纸滤结构进风口改为端部进新风装置,并对2种新风结构的风量、进风阻力和端部新风系统的动静态新风最、客室含尘量进行了测试;从风量、进风阻力、维护工作量、运营成本等方面对比发现端部新风系统明显好于纸滤结构,最终确定并优化了端部新风系统.

Abstract:This paper analyses the pressure changing and flow field distributing of wind block area at the end of train during running by numerical simulation and real vehicle test. The air inlet of CRH2-300 has been changed from paper filter to end fresh air devices. The two kinds fresh air systems have been compared from air volume, air resistance, fresh air during dynamic and static state, dust in passenger caoch.
