高质量建设呼准铁路

内蒙古呼和浩特至准格尔铁路是内蒙古自治区“十五”重点工程建设项目，是一条以鄂尔多斯能源基地为依托、以煤炭运输为主的地方铁路。铁路北起京包铁路呼和浩特西站，途经呼和浩特市回民区、玉泉区、土默特左旗、托克托县，跨黄河进入鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗境内，南接准东铁路周家湾站，正线全长124.18公里，总投资14.1612亿元。

Constructing High-quality Hohhot-- Zhungeer Railway

The Hohhot-Zhungeer Railway is the key construction project in Inner Mongolia during the period of the 10th Five-year Plan, is a local railway relying on Ordos energy base and coal transport. It starts from Hohhot West Railway Station of Beijing-Baotou Railway in the north, via Hohhot Huimin District, Yuquan District, Tumote Mongolia, Tuoketuo County, across the Yellow River into the Ordos City in Jungar Banner, with total length of 124.18 km, and total investment of 1.41612 billion. A railway design standard is local grade Ⅰ, infrastructure part is of national railway Class Ⅱ standards, and design transportation capacity is 26.7 million tons/ year.
