摘    要:文章对G32柴油机连杆瓦瓦背微动磨损和两个短油槽部位的周向带状局部接触磨损问题的产生原因、改进措施及实际运用考核验证结果,特别是采用中锡铝合金双层轴瓦代替铜铅三层轴瓦以消除铅污染的实际效果作了简介.

Abstract:This paper mainly introduce the reason,the modification and the validation effects of practical application of the problem caused by the fretting wear on the back of the half bearing and the circumferential zonary partial contact wear between the two short oil grooves of the conrod bearing for G32 diesel engine,especially introduce the actual results of adopting tin-aluminum bemetal bearing instead of copper-lead trimetal bearing to remove the lead pollution.
