数字化柴油机协同设计技术研究

摘    要:在分析柴油机结构设计和数字化协同设计需求的基础上,提出了应用虚拟装配过程中的骨架传递设计信息的数字化柴油机协同设计方法,该方法是以INTRALINK协同平台为设计基础,以三维模型为数字化研究对象.并以某柴油机设计为应用背景,进行了数字化协同设计技术的实际验证.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the requirement of the engine structure and digital collaborative design,means of collaborative design are given on how to transmit design information in the course of virtual assembling.INTRALINK collaborative platform is the base and model which is the object of study for this means.In addition,the application of the engine design is introduced,and the results are showed that the applicability of this collaborative design is feasible.
