应用于城轨车辆的盘形磁流变制动器设计

摘    要:对运用于城轨车辆的盘形磁流变制动器进行了研究。通过介绍磁流变液的流变特性,以及分析磁流变制动器的制动原理,推导了盘形磁流变制动器的制动力矩计算公式。针对在城轨车辆的运用设计了一种磁流变制动器。在Matlab/Simulink和ANSYS软件环境下对磁流变制动器的制动特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明该磁流变制动器满足城轨车辆制动性能的要求。

Abstract:This paper prevents properties of Magneto-rheological fluid and analyzes the magneto-rheological brake principle.The formula of disc braking torque is derived and a type of magneto-rheological brake structure is designed.Based on the formula,the brake performance is analyzed with Matlab/Simulink and ANSYS software.The result shows that the designed magneto-rheological brake has a good braking performance.
