机车和柴油机新产品设计开发工作探讨

为了进一步提高产品设计质量，创造更大的经济效益，结合多年的工作实践，介绍了机车和柴油机新产品开发设计的任务来源、新产品开发设计项目的策划、具体工作任务策划、机车和柴油机的总体设计、设计评审、施工设计、设计更改、设计确认、研制生产及运用技术服务和整图整改及成果鉴定等工作程序、步骤和工作内容及要求，并指出在机车和柴油机新产品设计中要始终树立“质量第一、成本为先”的思想。

Discussion on Product Development Procedure for Locomotive and Diesel Engine

Based on years of practice,this paper presents the task source,planning,organization,overall design,check,detailed design,change and alteration,approval,manufacture,after-sales service,and verification and assessment associated with locomotive and diesel engine product development for the purpose to improve the quality of product design to create better economic benefits.It also points out that quality and cost are the two basic considerations in the process of the new product design.
