280柴油机凸轮轴改进

摘    要:针对12V280ZJ柴油机在某些方面存在的一些问题,提出改进方案:通过延长排气门关闭段,并加大关闭段后期的开度,以加强排气重叠期,增强对气缸和排气门的扫气,来解决排气温度和排气门温度偏高问题;将标定工况时的供油提前角向后推移2°凸轮转角,解决了部分负荷工况供油率偏低、油耗高等问题。经过在280单缸柴油机上的试验,试验结果达到了预计目标。

Abstract:For the problems in 12V280ZJ performance,this paper proposes some improvement schemes:one is delaying the exhaust valve closure and increasing the opening of the exhaust valve closure period,so increasing the cylinder exhaust overlapping period and scavenging,to resolve the high exhaust-gas and high exhaust valve temperature; The other is delaying the injection timing 2 degree(camshaft angle) when the engine diesel is in full load,which can resolve the low rate of fuel supply and BSFC.
