摘    要:伴随中国高速铁路迅猛发展,动车组列车大面积开行,高铁安全问题越来越得到社会各界的广泛关注。动车组司机作为动车组列车的直接操控者,是高铁作业安全最重要、最关键、最核心的一线岗位,加强动车组司机管理、规范其操控行为至关重要。目前,我国高速铁路还没有专门的信息系统,无法实现动车组司机操控信息的记录和分析,国外高速铁路也无相应的分析手段。现通过分析动车组已有车载设备记录信息项点的基础上,结合动车组司机操控要求,借鉴列车运行监控装置(以下简称LKJ)运行记录数据分析管理模式,提出动车组司机操控信息分析系统研制方案,为规范动车组司机操控行为提供信息化手段。

Abstract:With the rapid development of high--speed railway in China, the EMU safety issue gets increasingly concerns in the commu- nity. As the direct manipulator, EMU driver is the most important, the most critical and the core front-line positions of the high-speed rail safety work. It is essential to strengthen the management and standardization of the drivers' manipulation. Nowadays, there is no specialized information systems which can record and analyze EMU driver control information yet in China high-speed railway area, nei- ther in the foreign high speed rail area. This article aims to analyze the existing information recorded by EMU on-board equipment, with combination of EMU driver manipulation requirements, using the train operation monitoring device (short for LKJ ) log data analy- sis and management model for reference. EMU driver control information analysis system development program is proposed to provide information technology means of the EMU driver manipulation regulation.
