铁道车辆油压减振器阻尼阀流场三维仿真分析

摘    要:弹簧阻尼阀是铁路油压减振器关键部件。根据实际减振器弹簧阻尼阀的结构和参数,通过Pro/E系统建立了三维模型。利用Ansys ICEM对其进行网格划分,然后在CFX中对减振器在不同运动速度下弹簧阻尼阀的流场进行了数值模拟和可视化分析,为减振器的设计和性能优化提供了依据。

Abstract:Spring-damper valve is a critical component when train damper works.In this paper,3D model of spring-damper valve is built according to practical structure and parameters of oil-damper by using Pro/E software.Ansys ICEM is used to generate mesh of the model.Numerical simulation and visual analysis of the flow field in spring-damper valve are obtained by using CFX software when oil-damper moves at different velocity.The study has offered the significant reference for designing oil-damper and optimizing the p...
