引进消化吸收产品调喷器加工工艺技术研究

调喷器是引进消化吸收的某型号大功率柴油机的关键件,前期研制过程中一直采用进口调喷器装配,订货周期长,制造成本高.通过针对引进产品的消化与吸收,研究了适宜性工装,优化和改进了工艺方案,并针对试验台进行了适宜性改造,在工艺试验的基础上,解决了引进产品国产化制造的关键技术,为某型号柴油机的国产化改进提高提供了可靠的技术保障.
