摘    要:穴蚀是柴油机工作中的疑难杂症,主要发生在气缸套与机体的水腔面,主导因素为气缸套的高频振动产生空泡,在压差下空泡爆炸产生破坏力击损气缸套表面,降低气缸套使用寿命.穴蚀问题发生和解决的周期很长,又发生在柴油机内部,很难直观发现穴蚀,宁波中策动力机电集团多年来根据用户气缸套实际穴蚀情况一直做着不同的改进并跟踪,从穴蚀原理和外部因素等不同方案着手逐步解决穴蚀这一问题,并取得良好效果.

Abstract:The cavitation corrosion is incurable diseases of diesel working,mainly in cylinder and the body of water cavity surface,the dominant factors of high frequency vibration producing piston-cylinder vacuoles in pressure differentials,cavitation explosions produce cylinder liner surface damaging blow loss,reduce the cylinder liner service life.Corrosion problems and solve the hole of the cycle is long,again occurrence in diesel engine,it is difficult to intuitive found inside hole corrosion,Ningbo Zhongce dynam...
