| 摘 要： | 由于气缸盖中喷油器衬套材料改为42CrMo,材料又硬又黏,采用原工艺方法加工在摇臂钻床加工底平面,已不能满足产品图样要求,现改为在加工中心锪底平面,通过多次工艺试验,选定了三刃螺旋硬质合金立铣刀具,优化了工艺方案,确定了合理的工艺参数,为产品的研制和批量生产提供可靠的技术支持.
