摘    要:对840D车轮辐板孔疲劳断口形貌进行观察并测量疲劳弧线间距。通过分析认为43 mm是临界裂纹的一个重要参考,同时发现闸瓦制动工况在裂纹的产生和扩展过程中起着重要的作用,并推断出裂纹长度在35 mm内,其平均裂纹扩展速率为31.2 mm/年。

Abstract:The fracture surfaces of 840D wheel web with a hole have been investigated and the intervals of fatigue line also have been measured.35mm is regarded as a importance referenced length of critical crack length by analysis.It is founded that brake situation has a very important influence on formation and growth of cracks.Crack growth rate is also calculated and the calculation shows that its average is 31.2?mm/year for crack length in 35?mm.
