摘    要:通过分析机车电压互感器用油品的常规理化性能指标、三比值编码规则、产气速率、CO/CO2比值、故障点温度修正计算公式等5个方面的信息,来预报机车电压互感器内部存在的潜伏性故障。经解体吊芯检查,确认互感器高压绝缘套管内壁顶部已被电弧放电烧黑,套管内导线所缠绝缘白布两端发黑,并有变黑的绝缘漆皮脱落,成功地预防了一起车顶电压互感器爆炸事故。

Abstract:Quality inspection of oil used in voltage transformer on electrical locomotive and analysis of various factor reveals that the predicting method are based on such information as follow: electricity parameters,physics parameters,chemistry parameters,three-ratio coding rules,gas generation rate and rate of CO/CO2,the temperature correction formula for the fault point.The method is verified by a trouble analysis and accident predicting.Through the disintegrate and hanging-core to a suspected voltage transformer,it is found that the inner top of bushing has been burnt black by arc,and paint coating has flaked off.
