摘    要:沙漏型橡胶弹簧具有垂向、横向刚度小、结构简单、质量轻等优点,逐渐用于城轨车辆二系悬挂系统。本文以理论分析与工程化运用相结合,分析了沙漏型橡胶弹簧的稳定性,探讨了弹簧结构与转向架空间布局的关系,在保证产品功能和可靠性的前提下,进行了轻量化设计。产品试制后,进行了系列试验验证,试验结果和现车运用表明,沙漏型橡胶弹簧具有良好的稳定性、合适的垂向、横向刚度、可靠的运用安全性,是二系悬挂的重要组成部分。

Abstract:Hourglass spring has the advantage of low vertical horizontal stiffness,simple structure,low weight,and is gradually being put as the second suspension,By combining theory analysis with engineering service,stability of hourglass spring was analyzed,and relation between hourglass structure and bogie envelop was researched,Weight optimization design with pre-condition of ensuring the reliability was calculated,and type test were conducted after the trial production.Testing results and service proved that,the hourglass spring has good stability,suitable vertical and lateral stiffness,reliable service safety,which is becoming an important parts for secondary suspension.
