摘    要:HXD3型机车是我国目前广泛运用的大功率交流传动6轴7 200 kW干线电力机车,自2009-05起在西安铁路局安康机务段采用双机重联牵引,2011年以来机车重联控制故障大幅上升,严重影响机车正常运用安全.现从H XD3型机车重联控制设计原理、检修维护及运用操纵等方面出发,深入分析了HXD3型机车重联控制故障的原因,提出了解决措施和方案,通过使用取得了良好效果.

Abstract:The HXD 3locomotive is a widely used high-power AD driver six-axle 7 200KW artery power locomotive.Since May of 2008,the Ankang locomotive depot of Xi’an Railway Bureau has begun to apply the double-locomotive coupling drag.However,since 2011,the failure in the locomotive coupling control has increased rapidly,thus seriously affecting the safety of normal application of the locomotive.Starting from the design principle,maintenance and operation,etc.of the HX D 3locomotive coupling control,this present deeply analyzes the failure cause and proposes corresponding measures and schemes.The practice indicates that the proposed measures and schemes are effective.
