减振器安装刚度对径向转向架机车横向动力学性能的影响

摘    要:首先通过仿真软件SIMPACK建立了一种2C0径向转向架机车模型,在该模型中,分别考虑了一系抗摇头减振器、二系横向减振器和二系抗蛇行减振器的端部安装刚度对机车横向动力学性能的影响。其中主要分析了上述3种减振器的端部安装刚度对机车横向平稳性、抗蛇行运动稳定性和机车的曲线通过性能的影响,并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:At first,a kind of locomotive model with 2C_0 radial bogies via the simulator software SIMPACK is set up.The damper connection stiffness,the yaw damper in the primary suspension,the horizon damper and the yaw damper in the second suspension are considered separately.The calculation method is proposed.The connection stiffness of these dampers has some influence on the locomotive dynamics performances.The influence on the stiffness to horizon ride index,stability and curve passing by the change of stiffness is analyzed.Some relevant advices for dynamics simulation calculation are put forward.
