高速动车组轮盘用紧固螺栓仿真分析

摘    要:高速动车组轮装制动盘通过多个螺栓与车轮固定,制动过程中,由于制动盘和螺栓产生热变形,导致螺栓承受较大拉应力,存在失效可能。利用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立了与实际相符的高速动车组轮装制动盘、车轮、联接件、螺栓套的有限元模型,螺栓施加相应的预紧力。计算得到300km/h高速动车组制动盘和螺栓联接件的温度场和应力场结果,校核了螺栓强度,为不同时速的动车组轮装制动盘用螺栓提供了模拟计算方法。在1∶1台架试验上,验证了模型温度场计算的准确性。
