高速动车组备用制动系统仿真分析研究

摘    要:基于现代流体力学数值仿真技术,以高速动车组备用制动系统作为研究对象,建立了备用制动系统中分配阀等关键部件的仿真模型,研究了沿列车管长度方向的减压制动,再现备用制动实施的过程。研究工作为列车备用制动系统的设计、试验研究提供理论参考。

Abstract:Based on simulation technology of modern computation fluid dynamics method(CFD),the backup braking system of high speed train was studied.The key component of the backup brake system such as distributor valve was built.The air-discharging characteristic of brake pipe in longitude direction was studied.The research work provides theoretical reference to study the experiments of brake application effects of high speed railway,and provides reference to the backup system design of high speed train.
