跨坐式单轨车辆导向轮受力仿真分析研究

摘    要:跨坐式单轨车辆的转向架和轨道梁与其他轨道交通系统不同,因而其动力学问题具有自身特点。特别是在车辆的曲线通过性方面,导向轮的受力情况是评价其运行稳定性的主要指标。运用动力学仿真软件Simpack建立了车辆仿真模型,分析得出导向轮在不同速度、不同轨道半径下的受力情况,并拟合出了导向轮的受力公式。

Abstract:The steering frame and track type of straddle-type monorail vehicle are different from those of other railcars.Therefore,The dynamic problem of straddle-type monorail vehicle has its own characteristics.Especially in the curve through aspect,the force on the steering wheel and stable wheel is the most important indicator to estimate the straddle-type monorail vehicle's stability.This paper establishes the model of the vehicle by using the dynamic simulation softwaree——SIMPACK.From these,we can know the force characters of the steering wheel on different tracks with variety velocities and get the force formular of the steering wheel through formula fitting.
