基于CAE的转K6型转向架摇枕结构优化

摘    要:为实现铁路货车转向架摇枕结构最优的目的,在Pro/E三维建模基础上,采用铸造模拟软件ProCAST对转K6型转向架摇枕的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,数值模拟计算结果显示铸件的凝固顺序。通过温度场分析,找出铸造热节,对产品结构设计不合理的区域进行改进。运用有限元软件ANSYS对改进后的摇枕结构进行静强度分析,确保满足铁道部相关标准的使用要求。

Abstract:To achieve the goal of structure optimization of the bolster for railway freight car bogie,the casting numerical simulation software ProCAST is used to simulate the solidification process based on the Pro/E modeling.The solidification subsequence of casting is obtained from the simulation.According to the analysis of the temperature field,the hot spots are found and the unreasonable regions in structure design ol the product are improved.The static strength analysis for the bolster with improved structure is made with FEA software-ANSYS.ensuring its strength can satisfy the correlative standards of the Ministry of Railways.
