重庆枢纽解编系统能力加强方案研究

研究目的:针对重庆枢纽解编系统能力不足的问题,结合枢纽总图格局,探讨加强解编系统能力的方案。研究方法:对提出的解编系统能力加强方案进行技术经济比较、运营效果分析,择优推荐最佳方案。研究结果:解编系统能力加强方案的合理选择,应立足于枢纽总图格局,本着“集中作业”的原则,综合考虑枢纽车流流向,与地方车流主要集散地衔接方便,减少运营成本、方便管理,节省工程投资以及能力适应性等因素确定。研究结论:重庆枢纽解编系统能力加强方案推荐采用扩建重庆西编组站。

Research on the Capacity Expansion Plan of Breaking-up and Sorting System in Chongqing Railway Hub

Research purposes: According to the deficient capacity of breaking-up and sorting system in Chongqing railway hub,this paper studies its capacity expansion plan based on the layout of railway hub.Research methods:This paper recommends optimal plan through technical-economical comparison and operating effect analysis among the capacity expansion plans of breaking-up and sorting system.Research results:The reasonable choice of capacity expansion plan of breaking-up and sorting system should be confirmed based on the layout of railway hub,under the principle of concentrated task,considering wagon flow of railway hub,expedite joining local wagon flow distributing center together,reducing operating cost,expedite management,saving project investment and adaptability capacity.Research conclusions:This paper recommends reconstructing Chongqing west marshalling station as the capacity expansion plan of breaking-up and sorting system in Chongqing railway hub.
