铁路客运专线仰拱长栈桥施工技术

摘    要:研究目的:仰拱栈桥方案在很多隧道施工中都应用过,但往往不太理想,特别是客运专线上马后对仰拱混凝土施工又提出了更高的要求。施工中如何在保证质量的前提下提高仰拱衬砌速度一直是困扰我们的难题。施工工通过彩此技术以解决上述难题。研究结果:武广客运专线SDII标大瑶山1~#隧道通过采用此项技术,不但解决了混凝土整体灌注的难题,而且极大地提高了仰拱混凝土的衬砌速度。

Abstract:Research purposes:The inverted arch trestle bridge program was applied in constructions of many ttmnels,but the results were not very perfect.However,railway passenger dedicated line requires higher quality of concrete for inverted arch.How to increase the speed of inverted arch lining on the premise of guaranteeing quality was the difficult problem.Now application of inverted arch long trestle bridge can solve the problem mentioned above. Research results:Application of inverted arch long trestle bridge in construction of Dayaoshan Tunnel 1# not only resolves the problem of integral pouring concrete,but also much increases the speed of inverted arch lining.
