| 摘 要： | 本文对 1999年得到欧盟批准、并由欧盟提供所需资金之半数的课题项目 :“适用于铁道基础结构之作业和后勤保障的方法”的背景做了简要介绍。从安全和可靠性、以可靠性为中心的维修及其实际应用、铁道的基础结构及风险等方面 ,论述了提高铁道基础结构机械装置的可靠性对确保铁路运输安全的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The paper gives a brief introduction for the background of the RAIL project which was approved by the EU in 1999 and the 50% of whose total value was funded by the EU.The paper discusses the safety and reliability,the RCM and its practical use,railway infrastructure,risk,etc.,and expounds the importance of ensuring rail safety by improving the reliability of railway infrastructure machines. |
