京津线动车组曲线和道岔通过性能分析

摘    要:研究目的:针对执行UIC510-2标准的时速300 km动车组能否通过中国铁道线路这一难题,分析检算了我国铁道线路曲线轨距加宽和铁路道岔的相关尺寸及维修标准与时速300 km动车组转向架相关尺寸匹配关系,以提出最经济、可靠的解决方案。研究结果:提出了我国时速300 km动车组轮对轮背距采用1360 mm的建议。为保证轮对顺利通过查照间隔最小值1391 mm的中国固定辙叉,将其公差带由±3 mm改为±1 mm,而其它轮对尺寸及组装公差执行"车辆不同类型走行部分使用不同直径车轮的规定"标准(UIC510-2);道岔尺寸及维修公差保持中国既有线标准,以避免大规模改建轨道设备。小半径曲线轨距加宽执行新的标准,保证动车组以力等自由内接顺利通过。

Abstract:Research purposes:The problem of whether the motor train unit for which UICS10-2 standard is implemented can pass Chinese railway line at a speed of 300 kphis studied in this paper.Check computation has been carried out on matching relationship among track gauge widening of curve, turnout size, maintenance standard and bogie size. Research results:The program has been put forward that the distance between back of motor train should be 1360 mm when the motor train unit is running at 300 kph.To make the wheel set pass the fixed frog crossing freely when the minimum guard rail check gage is 1391 mm,the following measures shuold been taken:the tolerance should be changed from 3 mm to 1 mm;other wheel set size and assembly tolerance should be based on(UIC510-2) standard of wheel with different diameters adopted by running part of different wheel type;turnout size and maintenance tolerance should keep the existing railway standard in our country,thus reconstruction of track equipment in a large-scale can be avoided.New standard should be taken in track gauge widening on small-radius curve,and the motor train unit can pass in the way of free inscribing.
